Return Policy

At HYPERMALL, your satisfaction and your baby’s comfort are our top priorities. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to make returns simple and stress-free.

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

For health and safety reasons, baby milk and food items cannot be returned or exchanged. We take hygiene and product integrity seriously to ensure every family receives safe, fresh items.
