Kashi Ambemohar Rice - 5kg

The word Ambemohar means mango blossom in Marathi language, which is spoken in the state of Maharashtra. The rice has strong aroma reminiscent of mango blossoms. The rice is cultivated in Maharashtra and the grains are shorter and wider compared to basmati rice. Cooking Preference: Rinse the rice. Add water and rice in the pot. Add salt, oil or butter. Cook on a high heat until the water starts to boil. Turn the heat down to low. Turn the heat off and leave for 10 minutes.
